This policy explains when refunds may be granted and under what conditions they are not applicable.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued only under specific conditions:

  • Current or Most Recent Plan Only: Refunds apply only to the latest plan purchased or if the plan is currently active (queries or credits must not have been used). No refunds are available for past or expired plans.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same plan due to a technical or payment gateway error, we will issue a full refund upon verification.

  • Wrong Plan Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan and then purchased the correct one, we may refund the incorrect plan — provided both plans have the same validity period.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer need the service after purchase.

  • Misunderstanding of Features: If you expected features or results not explicitly mentioned or assumed additional functionality.

  • Partial Usage or Temporary Issues: If part of the plan has already been used or if there was a brief service interruption that was resolved quickly.

  • Third-Party Confusion: Refunds will not be issued for purchases made through third-party websites or apps mistakenly identified as ParagraphGenerator.io.

  • Not Satisfied: Refunds are not provided if a paid subscription was purchased after trying and being satisfied with our free version.

  • Discounted Plans: No refunds will be issued for discounted or promotional purchases. However, you can disable automatic renewal at any time.

  • Recurring Charges: Renewals are non-refundable. You may opt for manual renewal at checkout to prevent automatic charges.

  • Custom Plans: Refunds do not apply to custom or personalized plans created based on individual usage or requirements.

3. Active vs. Expired Plans

Refunds can only be processed for active or most recent plans that have not been used.
Expired or previously completed plans are not eligible for refunds, even if unused or misunderstood.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  3. Include your account email, Order ID, and any supporting screenshots.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that bank or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount. We typically review refund requests within 2–3 business days and notify you of the outcome.

5. Special Circumstances & Discretion

All refund requests are reviewed carefully. Refunds are not automatic and must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be approved at our discretion, depending on usage, payment amount, and reason for cancellation.

6. Payment Gateway & Usage Deductions

If a refund is approved under special circumstances, processing fees and the cost of used queries or credits will be deducted from the refunded total. The remaining balance will then be refunded.

7. Cancellation of Service
